The space is available for hourly, daily or weekend hire. The minimum for hourly hire is 3 hours. 

Rates for hire are:

• Hourly daytime (9am-5pm) $90+GST

• Hourly evenings (5-10pm) $110+GST

• Weekday (8hrs) $600+GST

• Weekend (8hrs) $700+GST

• Longer term by discussion.
